Raffaello – Creamy Keto Coconut Pralines

Ingredients

100 ml heavy whipping cream
100 g butter
50 g confectioners sweetener
100 g unsweetened coconut flakes
100 g cream cheese
50 g roasted hazelnuts
1 tbsp vanilla extract
This recipe for Raffaello pralines is delicious and easy to make - perfect if you want to treat yourself with a creamy and quick snack!

Instructions

1.Heat heavy whipping cream and butter to the boiling point and add sweetener and coconut flakes.
2.Leave the mixture to cool at room temperature.
3.When it cooled completely, add cream cheese and a little more sweetener if necessary.
4.Put it in the fridge for two to three hours.
5.Make small bomb-like pralines and in the middle of each put one hazelnut.
6.Roll each praline in coconut flakes and put them back to the fridge for an hour.

Raffaello pralines are a delicious treat by Ferrero company. And these pralines are as delicious as they are easy to make. With upcoming holidays, these treats that taste heavenly will be a perfect addition to spending time with your friends and family. Even though I am not the biggest fan of coconut, this is one of my favorite recipes with it. Together with my Keto Bounty recipe.

These pralines can be a creamy, quick snack for your family, or a delicious dessert when you have guests over. For me, they are the perfect holiday dessert, so I usually make them during Christmas holidays.

People all over the world use coconut in all forms so it is great news that it is also keto friendly. It is high in saturated fats, which means it’s very satiating. Coconut oil is one of the staple foods in the ketogenic diet. Coconut milk and cream can be used in variety in recipes as a substitute for dairy products. Though be careful not to go overboard and get kicked out of ketosis.

If you have nut allergies, you can simply omit hazelnut in the middle of praline. I guarantee it will be equally tasty.

Raffaello contains no chocolate but does contain lactose, so if you are lactose intolerant, simply substitute the ingredients for non-dairy ones.
