Club sanwich on keto diet? Sure! Well, it is the next best thing, and it's much healthier version thanks to marvelous, fluffy cloud bread.

1.Take three previously made cloud bread buns and cut them square-shape (I don't do this, but if you want this to be real club sandwich, go for it)
2.Spread some mayonnaise on 1st cloud bread and add a pinch of dill on top of it
3.Start building your sandwich by adding chicken, Serrano ham, lettuce, cheese and tomato.
4.Repeat the process for the 2nd cloud bread.
5.Finish with the final cloud bread, secure with cocktail sticks and cut into quarters.

Keto-friendly club sandwich? Why not! Well, this is the next best thing when you don’t have enough time for baking a loaf of bread. For our today’s special, we will be using wonderful fluffy “cloud bread” also know as “oopsie bread”. Cloud bread is a great substitute for bread on the ketogenic diet.

To quote the definition: “a club sandwich is a sandwich of bread, sometimes toasted, and several other ingredients, often chicken or turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. The sandwiches are usually cut into halves or quarters to form small triangles.”. If it wasn’t for bread, club sandwich would be pretty low-carb and keto-friendly food. Luckily, there are low-carb options like my almond flour bread or the one we are using today – cloud bread.

To make cloud bread you will need just 3 ingredients – eggs, cream cheese and cream of tartar. You can find the recipe instructions here.

Possible additions or alterations to this sandwich: pickles, scallions, hard-boiled egg, bacon, avocado…

Cloud bread club sandwich is a perfect breakfast, tasty afternoon snack, on-the-go lunch or light dinner.
