Peanut butter fat bombs were the first fat bombs I’ve ever made. And to tell you the truth, I just wanted something sweet after a meal, I didn’t really need fat bombs. This was some 6 months ago when I was starting my keto journey and I wasn’t really fat-adapted, yet.
Peanut butter, and generally any nut butter is one of the reasons I love keto diet. Thanks to them, I can have my after-meal treats, Nutella-like spreads for breakfast and still stay low-carb!
These peanut butter fat bombs are made in 5 minutes or less and you will need only 5 ingredients. They are small fatty keto desserts and you will enjoy them immensely (especially at the beginning, during your transition from carbs to fats – you can read more about that here).
Even though the title of these fat bombs says peanut butter, you can use any other nut butter. I have tried hazelnut and almond, they are amazing as well.
